Our Birthday Party/Meeting was well attended and the discussion led to several ideas for RISE and how to make our community better.

Celebrate one year with RISE! We formed after the 2016 election and have been going strong ever since. At this meeting we will:

• Hear updates about RISE’s work to resist the Trump agenda, uphold Immigrant Rights in our neighborhood and state, improve Criminal Justice, and more
• Provide opportunities for people to get involved
• Celebrate our accomplishments so far
• Hear YOUR ideas for RISE
• And, eat cake!

Join us for free birthday cake, great ideas, and great conversations. This meeting will be structured like the original RISE meetings to discuss our work, move things forward, and get to know each other. We hope you’ll join us!

• Y, ¡comer torta!

Juntémonos a comer torta de cumpleaños, compartir buenas ideas y conversaciones. Esta junta estará estructurada como las juntas originarias de RISE para discutir nuestro trabajo, próximos pasos, y conocernos. ¡Esperamos verlos!
